Benefits of Telemetry Technology
All our vending machines are fitted with telemetry technology, a small device that plugs into the machines’ DEX (Data Exchange) jack. The telemetry reads the captured DEX information providing real time information. Whether this is sales revenue transaction data (to inform if a machine is low on stock) or machine maintenance data (fault alarms). This information is communicated wirelessly directly from the machine to our office and used to provide our customers with a more efficient service.
